Your Impact as Marketing Specialist – Energy & Utilities – Marietta, GA:

In today's competitive business landscape, effective marketing plays a crucial role in driving growth and success. To stay ahead of the competition and reach target customers, it is essential for our organization to hire a dedicated marketing person. This role will report to Energy & Utilities' Strategic Market Manager, and the hybrid role requires 2 days in the office and will be located in Marietta, GA. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Marketing Campaigns:

Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company's products or services. This may involve creating content for social media, email marketing, website updates, and other promotional materials. Content Creation:

Collaborating with the sales team to create engaging and informative content for various channels, such as websites, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos. This content should effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings to the target audience. Digital Marketing:

Assisting in the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing. This may involve managing social media accounts, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing digital marketing efforts. Event Coordination:

Assisting in the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and trade shows. This may include coordinating logistics, managing booth setup, and engaging with attendees to generate leads and promote the company's products or services. Customer & Vendor Relationship Management:

Manage and upload leads (Microsoft CRM) from various sources. Setup and manage vendors in our system as well as the purchase orders and invoices. Collaboration:

Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives. Market Research:

Conducting research on the energy and utility industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis. This will involve gathering data, analyzing market conditions, and identifying potential opportunities for the company. Present biweekly news updates to the sales team. About You

Bachelor’s degree: Marketing, or a related field, required Recent graduates and professionals with less than 5 years of working experience in Marketing or an equivalent field. Superior graphic design skills and the ability to create visually appealing PowerPoints and website designs, as well as other marketing collateral. Will be required to present a portfolio or sample of best work related to graphic design, presentations, and marketing during the interview process. Academic and/or professional exposure to and experience in Web Analytics is preferred, along with analytical skills related to marketing and marketing metrics. Demonstrated interest in the Energy and Utilities sector, with a focus on sustainable and innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and visually appealing manner. Ability to present informally and formally in front of a diverse audience in various settings (i.e., meetings, demonstrations, trade shows, etc.). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
