**Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Representative 2 to join our team and drive growth in the real estate channel. The ideal candidate will have experience in program sales and support, as well as a proven track record of increasing customer acquisitions.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the mover/real estate channel by increasing and maximizing the number of real estate program participants and referrals.
- Lead program sales/support efforts, including face-to-face presentations to introduce programs and benefits to brokers, offices, agents, and target real estate influencers.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to onboard new partners and members through orientations, training, CE classes, team meetings, and other opportunities.
- Lead and manage monthly call campaign efforts to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Provide support for the marketing needs of the real estate channel, including program kits, email, direct mail, video, presentation materials, and web-based administration of the real estate referral/rewards program.
- Recommend and coordinate improvements for program-related referred customer-facing landing pages and experience.
- Responsible for the day-to-day implementation and results of the program, including overall engagement to drive customer acquisition and reporting and analysis of KPIs to ensure program is on track to meet set goals.
- Recommending solutions to drive program growth and ability to clearly communicate objectives and coordinate all aspects of integrated campaigns to deadlines and on budget.
