Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement instrumentation and control systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities. Create detailed engineering plans, specifications, and documentation for control systems. Conduct system integration and testing to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to determine project requirements and deliverables. Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades on existing control systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines. Participate in project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling activities. Provide technical support and training to clients and team members. Stay updated with the latest advancements in instrumentation and control technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems engineering, preferably in the water and wastewater treatment industry. Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems. Strong knowledge of process control principles, instrumentation, and automation. Experience with control system design, programming, and commissioning. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
