Job SummaryThe Client Services Coordinator is responsible for working with the Senior Membership Manager to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations regarding all client service contracts. This role is responsible for acting as the single point of contact to assigned external clients once the sale is finalized. The Client Services Coordinator liaises with the appropriate team members across the organization to coordinate contract details and ensure a well-organized execution of the deal.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure customer service excellence and consistencyProficient in technologies and programs necessary to complete tasksReview contract requirements, special provisions and terms with sales representatives; clarify all facets of the agreement to ensure deliverablesDevelop and implement deal fulfillment plans so that deliverables are on-time and internal expectations are understoodTrack and manage fulfillment process, from initiation of project through payment processing, using organizational systems applicationsReport and work with internal resources to resolve customer issues/challengesAdditional Duties Additional duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelExperience with customer management systems (CRMs); Salesforce preferredHigh degree of organization and detail orientation.Work EnvironmentAt the IAPP, we value in-person connections fueled by fun, excellence, and communication.
