Key Responsibilities: Design and edit high-quality graphic assets and engaging copy for social media platforms, blog posts, videos, and websites. Oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and goals. Manage and analyze data from social media platforms and Google Analytics to drive SEO and PPC advertising strategies. Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to optimize results. Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and other leadership to develop marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, resumes, case studies, and testimonials. Coordinate with vendors to ensure all branding materials meet company standards and guidelines. Handle social media accounts by researching relevant topics and creating compelling copy and visuals. Keep the website updated with current and relevant content and design. Develop assets for internal branding initiatives and campaigns. Apply top-notch grammar and spelling skills to all communications and marketing materials. Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Prepare reports and presentations to highlight key insights and recommendations. Maintain and manage a database of client contact information and distribution lists for targeted marketing activities. Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities, awards, and other promotional activities. Plan and participate in events such as conventions and career fairs. Develop and execute email and direct mail campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. At least five years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Expertise in managing SEO, web analytics, and social media analytics. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
