Role Overview:

The Strategic Sourcing Manager will play a pivotal role in spearheading procurement initiatives, assessing suppliers, negotiating agreements, and nurturing relationships within designated categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for ongoing enhancement and value creation
- Lead supplier negotiations to achieve optimal value
- Cultivate supplier partnerships to drive value for Ferrero
- Examine market dynamics for relevant categories
- Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders regarding business requirements
- Monitor efficiencies attained in managed categories
- Assist with Purchase Order Management tasks
- Collaborate with the central team on strategic sourcing efforts

This position will focus on categories such as Marketing, Production, Innovation, Public Relations, and Events.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • At least 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing
  • Expertise in procurement methodologies, negotiation tactics, and market evaluation
  • Proficient in advanced Excel analytics
  • Familiarity with SAP and SAP Ariba is advantageous
  • Experience in multinational organizations is preferred
  • Master's Degree is preferred; Professional Certification is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to perform under pressure and manage time efficiently
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong collaborative skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
