Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality content across various digital platforms, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute effective marketing strategies. This role requires a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and edit high-quality graphic assets and engaging copy for social media platforms, blog posts, videos, and websites.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and goals.
  • Manage and analyze data from social media platforms and Google Analytics to drive SEO and PPC advertising strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to optimize results.
  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and other leadership to develop marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, resumes, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure all branding materials meet company standards and guidelines.
  • Handle social media accounts by researching relevant topics and creating compelling copy and visuals.
  • Keep the website updated with current and relevant content and design.
  • Develop assets for internal branding initiatives and campaigns.
  • Apply top-notch grammar and spelling skills to all communications and marketing materials.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to highlight key insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain and manage a database of client contact information and distribution lists for targeted marketing activities.
  • Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities, awards, and other promotional activities.
  • Plan and participate in events such as conventions and career fairs.
  • Develop and execute email and direct mail campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least five years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Expertise in managing SEO, web analytics, and social media analytics.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
