Job Summary/Objective
The Project and Activations Coordinator position will be responsible for supporting marketing and communications initiatives that amplify dairy’s positive image to increase consumption, preference, and sales. This role will be part of the Arizona Milk Producers.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of creative, analytical, and strategic aptitudes. A self-starter, resourceful problem solver, with strong project management skills and team player mentality. The role is accountable for identifying and leveraging industry insights to help inform marketing, business development, and communication tactics that positions dairy as a complete and sustainable source of nutrition.
Qualifications:

Strong organizational and project management skills, exercising sound judgment in prioritizing workload.
Creative thinker, with an ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills across traditional and digital media environments.
Experience developing and managing annual budgets.
Adaptable to a fluctuating work schedule during key periods where occasional early morning, late evening, or weekend availability is required.
Ability to travel to event sites and set up all necessary equipment.
Experience: (required)
Technical aptitude of Microsoft Office Suite/Google Docs with ability to quickly learn internal systems.
Proficient in digital design programs such as Canva and Adobe Suite.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, course-correct, remain flexible and maintain a positive presence in fast-paced or evolving environments.
Strong analytical skills including evaluation of digital marketing channel reporting, customer segments, analytics & insights, programs, and surveys.
Experience managing brand events to promote consumer engagement.
Ability to efficiently navigate contract agreements.
