The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the beauty industry, with a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (LTV). This role is based in Los Angeles and reports to the CEO. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with Allies of Skin's overall business objectives. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences and optimal site performance. Focus on strategies to grow and scale e-commerce channels profitably. Amazon Marketplace Management: Lead the strategy and execution for Allies of Skin's Amazon business, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and fulfillment. Work with agency of choice to optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, and maximize profitability. Digital Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth. Utilize data analytics to inform marketing strategies, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and improve ROI. Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to grow new customer acquisition profitably. Manage and optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) and customer lifetime value (LTV). Enhance the online customer journey through personalized and innovative shopping experiences. Implement customer retention strategies to increase repeat purchases, build brand loyalty, and maximize customer LTV. Product & Inventory Management: Oversee the digital product catalog, ensuring accurate product information, availability, and competitive pricing. Work closely with supply chain and inventory teams to manage stock levels, optimize fulfillment processes, and reduce costs. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure the team stays current with industry trends and best practices. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on e-commerce and Amazon sales performance. Use insights to drive continuous improvement, strategic adjustments, and profitability. Partnerships & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners, including technology providers, digital agencies,and partners.
