TWCSI, a growing HVAC/R/Kitchen equipment repair and maintenance industry leader, is seeking a full-time business-to-business sales professional for its Nashville, TN branch and surrounding markets
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new customers for commercial HVAC, Refrigeration sales, and service solutions. The position will be responsible for meeting annual goals and promoting the growth of planned maintenance and ice machine lease agreement sales.
We are looking for a high-energy individual who can build their book of business with new customer acquisitions along with developing and maintaining relationships with leaders who are responsible for managing facility services. We want someone who isn't afraid to prospect through cold calling, and who diligently follows up on leads You will play an integral part in creating confident buyers by developing accurate sales proposals, and then negotiating and closing your deals.
This outstanding opportunity provides a competitive base salary with uncapped commission
Requirements:
Previous outside sales experience
Flexibility to work hours required to meet client needs
Self-directed with a great work ethic
The ability to sell 'value' as well as price
Be able to utilize sales management software tools to maximize efficiency/effectiveness
Good communication skills
HVAC/R/Kitchen Equipment experience preferred
Skills Required:
Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively prioritize activities, allocate resources effectively, and meet deadlines, ensuring productivity and maximizing sales opportunities.
The capability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic work environment.
A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication.
A professional demeanor, representing our company's values and standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical information to clients, negotiating opportunities, and building rapport with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Sales role, preferably within the mechanical contracting industry or related field.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment, enabling you to act as a true industry consultant to prospects and customers.
