Overview: A global manufacturing company is looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join their team in Irvine, CA. This is an onsite position requiring daily presence in the office. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of Accounting, HR, and general administrative tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include but not are limited to: *

Perform daily accounting duties such as processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR), utilizing QuickBooks software. *

Communicate closely with an outside CPA firm to assist with month-end reconciliation and audit. *

Handle human resources tasks including benefits administration, employee onboarding/offboarding, health insurance enrollment/ renewal and others. *

Collaborate with a CPA firm for outsourced payroll processing. *

Manage general office administration to maintain office supplies, keep filing systems and ensure other administrative duties to be completed as needed. *

Assist with local convention activities for occasions by preparing for logistics, setting up booths, arranging business meetings, and helping the booth by attending. *

Support the coordination of shipping parts and orders after customer orders are fulfilled by on-site manufacturing. *

Work as a collaborative team player willing to take on additional tasks and contribute to a positive work environment to support the operation ran by the small team. *

Qualifications: *

Minimum 2 years of experience with Accounting preferably using QuickBooks. *

Office Management or Human Resources experience a plus. *

Strong organizational and time management skills. *

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Japanese or Spanish bilingual skills a plus. *

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). *

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *

Detail-oriented and proactive with a problem-solving mentality.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
