base hourly rate ,

commission,

plus

bonus for hitting their monthly sales goal set by management. In addition, we offer a

bracket bonus

for the top performer in their bracket. There is also a weekly cash prize for the Account Manager with the most new customers for the previous week. There is no cap on commission Global Electronic Services employees are eligible for multiple benefits including: Health Insurance – Employer contributes Vision insurance Paid Time Off: 6 days (48 hours) of PTO. An additional 5 days (40 hours) is granted on 1 year anniversary.
