As a Sales Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include assisting in the sales process, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about loan applications, collecting necessary loan documentation, and presenting all relevant details to the credit team to facilitate a smooth credit approval process.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally within the fintech or financial services sector.
3. Ability to perform basic calculations and handle numerical data.
