SmallBusinessLoans.com has a great opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic and enthusiastic team. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Performs an inside sales function primarily by telephone sourcing sales opportunities with either new potential or existing customers through inbound and outbound calls. Primary responsibilities will include assisting in the sales process, addressing customer inquiries, answering general questions about loan applications, collecting required loan package documents, and presenting all pertinent information to the credit team to streamline the credit approval process. What You’ll Be Doing: Source sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound calls. Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Establish connection with customers over the phone; build an environment of trust through responsive service and understanding needs. Listen attentively to customer questions and provide knowledgeable and insightful answers to encourage completion of the application package. Obtain complete and accurate customer information and other details as necessary; enter all information in designated database accurately. Maintain clear records of all conversations in designated database. Follow communication scripts and advertise our products to interested customers in a professional and honest manner while adhering to regulatory standards. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits of services offered. Stay updated on company products, services and industry trends through ongoing training. Maintain confidentiality of all customer PII and Company records. An Ideal Candidate Looks Like This: High school diploma required, undergraduate degree preferred. Previous 1-2 yrs. experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably within the Fintech or financial services industry. Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) a plus Proficient in MS Office. Professional demeanor, excellent phone etiquette. Effective verbal, written and listening communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Other Job Functions: Must be able to work overtime, as needed. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Must be able to work weekends, as needed. Physical Demands: Working in a temperature-controlled office environment.
