Conduct thorough analyses of financial processes to identify bottlenecks, gaps, and potential risks, and propose solutions to mitigate these issues. Design and develop robust process architectures to support the evolving needs of the Finance department, taking into account scalability and adaptability. Continuously monitor financial processes, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement improvements based on data-driven insights and feedback. Prepare documentation about established processes and make it available to stakeholders. Keep up with the latest best practices and methodologies of business process modeling. We will be happy to have you on our team if you have: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. A strong understanding of financial operations, including procurement, payroll, controlling, accounting, FP&A, and treasury functions. Expertise in process mapping, documentation, and optimization techniques. Experience with process automation tools and software solutions. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, analyze data, and propose effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
