What You’ll Do Location: Remotely from United States Reports to: Senior Manager, Commercial Finance Direct Reports You will be supporting cross-functional business partners to manage annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting of Domestic and New Market Sales expense targets You will prepare monthly budget vs actual analysis and operating expense flux commentary to track delivery of EBITDA goals You will assist with developing monthly and quarterly business reviews with Sales leaders, and performing other ad-hoc analysis You will work cross functionally with Talent Acquisition, People Operations to manage Sales Head Count You will develop and lead process improvement initiatives working across Finance & Accounting You will perform company-wide bookings QC checks for both quantity and dollars What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting 2-4 years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting and business analytics in a dynamic environment, supporting both financial and operational decision makers Proven track record of owning projects and driving their completion cross-functionally Experience driving process improvements focused on quality, timeliness and improved efficiency Ability to working independently with concern for quality and deadlines Experience in Commercial / Sales Finance experience preferred Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills for frequent interaction with financial and non-financial business leaders Superb attention to detail, strong planning and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit Benefits That Benefit You Competitive salary and 401k with employer match Discretionary paid time off Paid parental leave for all Medical, Dental, Vision plans Fitness Programs Emotional & Mental Wellness support Learning & Development programs And yes, we have snacks in our offices Benefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you work. The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 84,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 90,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
