Job Overview
As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements by gathering, analyzing, and investigating discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the consolidation and review of financial data for reporting purposes.
- Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support decision-making for business leaders.
- Ensure compliance with local, federal, and international accounting standards by studying regulations and adhering to them.
- Follow corporate policies, procedures, and internal controls diligently.
- Compile data for quarterly and annual public disclosures.
- Prepare specialized reports by analyzing variances, developing budgets, and forecasting future financial performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on financial reporting tools, including BPC and PowerBI.
- Participate in additional projects or tasks as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or related financial roles.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and technical capabilities.
- Knowledge of IFRS is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles, processes, and controls.
- Energetic, adaptable, collaborative, and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Experience with financial reporting systems is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively to resolve issues.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
