As a Finance and Business Operations Intern, you will:

  • Assist management in developing financial performance metrics, models, and reports, along with variance analysis of actual versus planned results.

  • Collaborate on sales initiatives through analysis and enablement.
  • Review operational processes and propose enhancements.

Interns will act as business partners in their respective functions and will be assigned impactful projects relevant to the organization.

Functions and Example Projects:
Interns may contribute to various functions, including:

  • Sales Segments: Developing a cash flow model to assist sales representatives in understanding customer savings through leasing options.
  • Corporate Functions: Enhancing processes related to liquidity and cash management.
  • Business & Sales Operations: Utilizing data analytics to formulate a sales strategy aimed at increasing productivity and fostering growth.
  • Product Groups: Creating client product brochures aligned with new business model offerings.
  • Finance Operations: Assessing the impact of supply chain and product modifications on overall profitability.
  • Financial Services: Establishing targets and metrics to optimize financing yields.

Qualifications:
We seek candidates who possess:

  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative analytical skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, International Business, Mathematics, Operations, and Management.

Additional Preferences:
Ideal candidates will have a minimum GPA of 3.4 and be actively involved in extracurricular activities.
