Job Summary

The Retirement Plans team is growing We are seeking a National Sales Director, Pooled Employer Plans (PEP) , who will be responsible for developing and leading strategies and tactics across the Retirement Plans organization, with the goal of increasing assets and adopting employers into our PEPs. This role will also focus on managing and expanding our Private Label PEP relationships in partnership with our Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs). The role will report to the Head of Business Development.

Partner with our sales teams across the country and where we have PEP arrangements, building new relationships & grow existing. Collaborate with our marketing team to create a repository for PEP communications & develop a sales playbook for Private Label PEPs. This is an individual contributor position with no team management/direct report responsibility. Ability to work remotely within the US and travel 30-40% annually is a requirement of this position *

Skills And Background You’ll Need

10+ years of sales experience within the retirement plans industry, with at least 5 years of proven wholesaler experience; or other experience with Aggregated Solutions. Must possess record-keeping experience. Must be able to work remotely within the US and travel 30-40% annually. Experience with PEPs (pooled employer plans) preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing or equivalent. Certifications: Series 6 or 7, Series 63, and life insurance license. If you do not hold these licenses, you will be required to obtain them within 90 days of hire.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance. Performance guarantees may be applied to roles with highly incentivized compensation plans for a specified period of time, to support a new hire’s transition into the sales incentive plan.

Salary Range:

Base salary of $95k - $120k depending on experience, plus monthly uncapped commissions
