As an integral part of the sales team at McKibbon Hospitality, the Sales and Service Coordinator is essential in driving revenue across multiple properties.

Working closely with the Market Director of Sales, this role is pivotal in upholding exceptional standards to achieve the business goals of our hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales and revenue for designated segments as outlined by the Market Director of Sales.
  • Ensure compliance and stay updated on new sales initiatives for the brand and organization.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with management companies, property owners, and clients.
  • Enhance guest experience and satisfaction throughout all operations.
  • Actively represent the property within the local community.
  • Manage daily correspondence, including emails and voicemails.
  • Review daily reports to track performance metrics.
  • Participate in daily sales meetings as directed by the Market Director of Sales.
  • Oversee the daily calendar for accounts, groups, and functions.
  • Document all sales activities in the sales management system.
  • Research and pursue assigned leads for potential business.
  • Engage in proactive sales initiatives for new and existing accounts as directed.
  • Assist with in-house meetings as required.
  • Organize and maintain group bookings on schedules.
  • Provide valuable insights to the operations team to aid in budget planning.
Attendance in sales training sessions as recommended by management.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in hotel sales is preferred.
  • Prior experience in hotel management in various roles is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with major hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, or Starwood is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to effectively support operational teams.
  • Proficient in maintaining all sales documentation.
  • Skilled in making revenue management decisions to enhance market share.
  • Experience in developing proactive sales strategies through direct outreach and client interactions.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with sales management software is highly desirable.
