About The Opportunity
Supports internal teams through various business development activities to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers as well as promote the value of Menasha internally and externally.
Essential Job Functions
The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some of these duties; however, it is not an exclusive or all- inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.
Collaborates with all departments in managing business development initiatives.
Develops, edits, and prepares presentation materials for sales, sales leaders, and other senior leaders.
Supports cross functional teams with messaging and presentations that help express the value of Menasha Packaging.
Tracks sales focused activity conducted by sales representatives and sales leaders.
Keeps abreast to latest trends with CPGs and retailers.
Supports internal and external meetings, events, and tradeshows that help promote the value of Menasha Packaging.
Conducts market insight research and competitive analysis.
Works with cross functional teams to develop new and innovative approaches to solve customer challenges.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in packaging industry, business development, marketing
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to operate within a matrix organization in which direction can come from various individuals
Experience in managing numerous projects and timelines at one time
Fast learner who excels in a fast-paced environment
Ability to digest complex pieces of information and simplify into a concise message
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting.
Position may be based at Menasha Packaging site or customer location.
Occasional travel required.
