Job Summary:

We are in search of a meticulous and highly organized Compensation Analyst to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in corporate finance and have experience with payroll management systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now. The Compensation Analyst will be tasked with gathering and inputting payroll information, including the calculation and oversight of all wage deductions. This role embodies the values of our organization, demonstrating a high level of ethics and integrity.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Input new hires into the ADP system.
  • Manage all employee status modifications within ADP.
  • Understand and maintain payroll benefit policies and deductions in ADP, including monitoring data for annual ACA compliance.
  • Oversee and verify employee leave balances and policies.
  • Execute bi-weekly payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with ADP and state revenue agencies as necessary regarding tax updates.
  • Generate reports in ADP as required, distributing weekly and monthly summaries to management.
  • Handle all payroll-related reporting tasks.
  • Administer all monthly commission calculations.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Associate's degree or two or more years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to manage sensitive/confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Motivated for internal advancement and professional development.
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
  • Highly organized and efficient; capable of following directives and managing multiple tasks.
  • Experience in payroll processing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems or a technology-oriented mindset to maximize the use of payroll software.
  • Innovative thinker with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
  • Technologically adept with an understanding of digital file organization and maintenance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new software/systems.
