Role Overview

The Service Coordinator manages daily service operations, ensuring efficient handling of service calls and customer requests. Key responsibilities include scheduling technicians, managing service requests, coordinating equipment repairs, invoicing, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Address and document service requests, provide timely updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Scheduling and Dispatching: Coordinate technician schedules, prioritize service requests, and manage site information.

Administrative Duties: Maintain service records, process invoices, manage parts procurement, and handle equipment RMAs.

Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and management. Provide updates and ensure clear communication.

Problem Solving: Resolve issues during service operations and escalate complex problems when necessary.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement service efficiency improvements, participate in training, and align with company values.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in service coordination or customer service. Entertainment industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Knowledge of Q360 software preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions
  • Office/warehouse environment with occasional site visits.
  • Regular business hours with occasional overtime and on-call duties.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, type, and use a computer for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to travel between Clearwing offices and customer sites.
