Solutions Engineer
Responsibilities
Work with customers in a
post-sales
capacity to configure and implement a full-stack AI solution according to functional and performance requirements
Own all the technical aspects of the sales process to acquire and close customers
Understand customer’s needs deeply, both on the technical side and non-technical side of potential use cases
Build customized demos and technical assets for customer meetings and show creativity in designing customized solutions
Effective present and engage customers in meetings. Demonstrate strong ability to listen to customer needs, and creatively provide a solution using the product to address the customers’ needs
Work closely with product and engineering to get up-to-date product knowledge, including the roadmap, and at the same time, deliver effective feedback to product and engineering
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
7 years of experience in
post-sales , preferably in the tech or startup industry.
Proven track record of successful pre-sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical understanding
Preferred Qualifications
Having worked in enterprise software industry (deal size $200K plus)
Having worked in
post-sales
for AI or related emerging technologies
Having worked in early stage and fast growing startups
Having owned the pre-sales for large accounts, especially F500 accounts
Compensation
We aim to attract and retain the best employees and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contributions to the company.
Comp range: $140-240K. Generous equity.
