Key Responsibilities:
Business Solutions Engineer Duties:
Collaborate with Meta product engineering teams and cross-functional partners to develop new products and enhance existing ones to fulfill business requirements.
Establish and sustain scalable capabilities essential for driving product adoption and expenditure growth among partners to meet business objectives.
Leverage deep knowledge of products, technologies, and business to devise solutions that address challenges at scale.
Design, construct, and integrate comprehensive systems and launch strategies.
Utilize a wide array of technical and interpersonal skills to cultivate productive relationships with our partners and independently address complex technical and business challenges.
Employ expertise and product insights to deliver high-quality project, integration, and partner engagements while influencing the product roadmap to align with business needs.
Facilitate workflow modifications and achieve consensus among stakeholders while steering towards solutions.
Maintain effective communication with industry partners and internal stakeholders.
Foster and manage robust working relationships with technical counterparts. Mentor and share knowledge with peers, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Engage in coding, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback while promptly addressing feedback from code reviews of your contributions.
Influence decision-making through the presentation of data-driven business topics.
Act as a subject matter expert within Business Solutions Engineering and offer consultation on domain-level projects.
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a software engineer developing and deploying production-quality code.
Proficiency in open-source programming languages such as PHP, Python, Android, Swift, Java, or JavaScript frameworks.
Experience in writing and deploying reliable, scalable, and efficient code, emphasizing long-term maintainability, in collaboration with all relevant reviewers, in manageable increments with appropriate documentation and testing plans.
Experience in designing and architecting comprehensive systems.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.

Compensation:
$136,000/year to $203,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
