MOI Account Manager, Interior Construction is responsible for maintaining and managing existing client relationships and providing services for new clients within MOI’s interior construction division while also helping to identify possible furniture leads.

Essential Functions: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients. Including A&D firms, General Contractors, Brokers, PM firms, interiors contractors, electrical, IT and communication trades. Act as a single point of contact for coordinating all dealer activities, services, orders, and personnel for each assigned account. Including addressing clients’ inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Understand clients’ needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain a positive rapport. Advocate for the customer within the company and/or vendor, providing insights and feedback to improve products and services. Prepare budgetary and firm fixed pricing for clients within their requested timeframe Submit new formal quote requests to an MOI Sales Development Specialist (SDS) & submit new orders to a Project Coordinator (PC). While they generate quotes and manufacturer POs, you will need to submit all wall/interior construction orders to the manufacturer to oversee the technical details & manufacturer communication Schedule an internal Interior Construction kick off meeting with the Interior Construction Team lead & Sales Director. This will assign a designer and project manager to the project. Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, team lead/operations, marketing, design, & project management) to align strategies and ensure client success. Forecast and track key account metrics. Present new products or services to clients that align with their needs and goals. Identify account penetration opportunities for additional after sale products or services to customer. Responsible for marketing full range of dealerships products and services to customer with a specific focus on Interior Construction products/services as furniture leads will be given to a Furniture Project Director Monitor the performance and satisfaction of assigned accounts. Proactively identify potential issues and address them before they escalate. Provide timely response to customers' requests for products, services, and /or quotes for additional furniture solutions. Provide project status reports to clients and other trades frequently for the duration of the project. Oversee all customer projects and work orders. Coordinate with team members on individual responsibilities to meet and or exceed customer expectations. Review work plans, schedule and logistics established for customer's major projects. Oversight and coordination of work with all team members, including designers, project managers, installations managers, project coordinators, installation crews, etc. Assisting in workload balance, proper team support. Attending project and account meetings as necessary. Ensure all paperwork is obtained for close of sale for internal company requirements. Establish pricing models, following contract pricing, gross profit guidelines. Consult sales director for appropriate profit margins and to ensure we present the best solution. Responsible for working with marketing team in entire bid process from proposals, loose furniture, mock-ups, presentations, and post award support. Work with external wall, construction, and film vendors. Perform services that reflect the MOI brand and conform to the organization’s values of teamwork, ownership, and performance. Enter customer projects, leads, and other sales activity through the MOI Sales Forecast and/or CRM. Competencies:

Effective oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills. Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports. Proficient in office computer software use (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Excellent time management skills and organizational skills required. Handle multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Project a professional demeanor as well as using tact when dealing with others. Work Successfully in a team environment Must be willing to travel to meet with clients in person.

Education & Experience:

Two-year degree in interior design, construction and/or furniture; specifically, around customer service, solution development and opportunity coordination, or related field and 3-5 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 5 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Working Conditions:

General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
