We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced City Center Manager to join our team at Cosentino. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Residential Interior Designer accounts, building strong relationships with local partners, and overseeing the daily operations of the City Center team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Develop and build relationships with key architects and designers in the area, manage key customers, identify potential leads, and track them until the close of the trade to ensure the sale.
  • Business Development: Identify strategies, priorities, and action frameworks, coordinate and align the team in the City Center, support the team in identifying and evaluating business opportunities, and maximize the cooperation between commercial and promotional opportunities.
  • Community-Building and Networking Events: Identify activities with potential impact on sales, plan events and activities with the City Center team, control budgets and P&L, and analyze the ROI of each activity.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales in the construction or technical sector, 5+ years of knowledge of the construction market, architects, and interior designers, and 3+ years of management of small teams.
  • Knowledge: Proved skills in generating sales reports, expenses, visits, knowledge of the sales cycle in the sector, successful management of the team, marketing, customer service, and business operations, and knowledge of the construction sector.
  • Desired: Proven knowledge of the sector, university degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or Business Administration, and MBA.
