The role is to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is maximizing their discounts. Through this process the Retention Specialist will uncover additional opportunities in the household. Must be a free thinker and have great problem solving skills. Retaining the customer is the most important part of the business.A customer kept is just as important as a customer found. Retention is key to the success of the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming call. Uncovering possible opportunities in the household. Being a support mechanism for the full-time sales force. Calling payment failures. Work with Underwriting and Billing to work through customer policy questions and concerns.
Qualifications
  • Must be a problem solver. Have an overwhelming, sincere ability to help customers. Would like to be Licensed for Property and Casualty, however not a requirement. Would recommend bilingual, (Spanish), but not necessary.
