The Partner Enablement Specialist (Training Coordinator) plays a crucial role in supporting and executing partner management initiatives with a focus on training, content creation, and program management. This position works closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful partner onboarding, training, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- This is a short term project with potential for extension depending on performance/need (the immediate need is for parental leave).
- This is an internal facing project/program management coordination role. Will support the larger team who is working with partners. This person will be taking content from Vendors and evaluate it to see how it meets requirements, rules, quality will be doing more content quality review.
- Skills needed: project management (staying on top of deadlines, working with vendors who are creating content for partners training materials, explaining to agency what needs to be done, doing quality review of content, data/analytical skills, communication skills)
- Should be process driven, organized
- Experience with automotive industry/content enablement would be a plus.
- This is a junior/entry level role with 1-3 years experience (may even consider recent graduates with academic/internship project experience).

Compensation:
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $18.00/Hr - USD $24.00/Hr and is a Non-Exempt role.
