Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to own your own territory as we continue to build our Enterprise team across the continent and beyond. You will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise software solutions, willing to work remotely with the backing of our team in the US HQ in Clearwater, FL. This position will focus on Enterprise IT, remote control, remote management and embedded. Ultimately responsible for penetrating and winning new Enterprise accounts and growing existing business with Enterprise solutions to meet revenue and profit targets.

Apply both tactical and strategic go to market models aimed at growing the customer base both in the short and long terms to drive higher revenues, customer growth and customer retention.

Build strong partnerships at the senior leadership level, key decision-makers and establish new business relationships

Propel the TeamViewer/Enterprise brand with customers/prospects as well as alliance partners through participation and exposure at various industry events

Manage complex sales cycle to close and identify cross selling and upselling opportunities.

Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast processes, including pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required. Achieve and exceed your quarterly and annual sales targets.

Conduct market analysis to find new project/customer opportunities and create key account plans that ensure customer needs are identified early.

Qualifications 10-15+ years of direct enterprise level sales experience in a quota-carrying software sales role (ideally within cloud-based technology within the assigned territory – includes experience managing multi-state territories and customers)

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles, including prior success in closing 1M+ TCV deals and managing multiple large accounts

Strong portfolio of C-Level contacts within Enterprise Accounts across a variety of accounts

Willingness to travel 25% or more as needed within territory &/or company events

An independent contributor with an entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivator who is driven to succeed and likes to overachieve

Technology competence with tools like Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft Office

An understanding of the dynamics of a high-growth company with the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

A passionate and positive individual who has strong communication skills across all audiences, matched with the willingness to be flexible to act in the best interests of our customers and the business

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

Sales experience: A strong track record of success in B2B sales is essential. Candidates should have experience in complex sales cycles and be skilled in consultative selling approaches.

Geographic Territory knowledge: Familiarity with the geographic territory in which the organization operates is crucial. Understanding the market dynamics, competitors, and trends helps the account executive effectively position the company's products or services.

Strategic thinking: As an Enterprise Account Executive, the ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to drive growth and revenue is important. This includes identifying opportunities, creating account plans, and executing sales strategies aligned with the organization's goals.

Relationship building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations is vital. The account executive should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients at various levels, from C-level executives to departmental managers.

Problem-solving and negotiation: The ability to identify and address customer challenges, propose effective solutions, and negotiate complex contracts is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.

Results-oriented mindset: Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales quotas is highly desirable.

Adaptability and resilience: The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is important.

Continuous learning: Staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and product knowledge is crucial for success in this role. EAE should have a passion for learning and be willing to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.
