The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced account executive with a strong drive for growth and relationship building to enhance our North American operations.
In this impactful position, you will utilize your skills to manage and expand key enterprise accounts, assisting clients in maximizing the benefits of our advanced subsurface software solutions.
You will play a crucial role in reshaping the operations of geo-professionals, contributing to sustainable development and environmental stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a targeted portfolio of enterprise accounts, identifying avenues for value addition and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure clients feel well-supported and view Seequent as a pioneering force in the Civil and Environmental sectors.
- Engage with technical, operational, and business-level stakeholders to drive user engagement, account expansion, solution selling, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge success.
- Deliver and coordinate technical, domain, and commercial insights with prompt response times, effective problem-solving, and tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the organization's growth by enhancing our brand and increasing our market presence.
- Leverage the resources of the broader North American team, including Go-To-Market teams, Customer Solutions, and Regional Operations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and closing substantial, complex enterprise transactions.
- 5 years of experience in a SaaS environment within a sales context.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement account plans.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, engaging with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Demonstrated sales success with a history of exceeding targets.
- Expertise in consultative selling, identifying client needs, and providing customized solutions.
- Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
- Resilient with a positive outlook in the face of challenges.
- Proficient in CRM software and data analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are a plus.
