What you will be doing

The incumbent will be responsible for administration of all statutory and non-statutory employee benefits programs/activities of the assigned country/countries. Will work under supervision of Benefits Manager for benefits administration of in-house employees. Responsibilities include:

* Answering employee enquiries and complaint tickets.* Validating monthly payroll data for benefits.* Day to day benefits administration activities of sending required data to the vendors and analyze the incoming data.* Processing invoicing for benefits vendors* Administering Medical, Life insurance, Pension, and various other Country specific statutory and non-statutory benefits.* Vendor and Stakeholder management.* Coordinating with Finance team for payment, reconciliation and other required activities.* Assisting in annual enrollment related activities.* Working on various kind of reporting required and ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders.

* Right attitude with desire to learn and deliver value to the organization.* Graduation from a recognized college/university.* Experience in Benefits administration.* Descent communication skills.* Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel spreadsheet) is a must have competency desired for the candidate.
