**Administrative Assistant**

Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and director support related tasks and can work independently with mínimal supervision. Must be exceedingly well-organized, flexible and able to uphold the mission and values.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items; Respond to questions and requests for information; Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
- Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate parties.
- Handling basic office duties.

**Requirements**:

- A high school diploma, GED, or HSED with some advance training or education in administrative functions required
- 1 or more years of experience in administrative roles required; customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to accommodate requests for support outside of regular business hours on occasion, with appropriate notice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
