In addition to being organized and analytical, you show ownership, communicate effectively, and are comfortable working behind the scenes. In this role you'll get to: Perform a variety of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, manage expense claims, etc) Be strategic and build a partnership based on trust with your Execs Build efficiency and responsiveness into existing processes Help define new operational strategies to make the executives and leadership team more efficient Ensure family executives balance team interaction, strategy, meetings, and personal time Keep the family executives organized by circulating meeting agendas, facilitating meetings, and sending and checking on post-meeting follow-ups Manage small projects as needed Plan executive appointments and events Assists with office management and be willing to jump in where needed - reception, phones, etc. We are looking for people who: Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, discretion, and judgment at all times Minimum of 5 years experience in related position supporting executive level management.
