This insight will allow you to provide strategic assistance on various projects. In addition to being methodical and analytical, you will demonstrate ownership, communicate clearly, and thrive in a supportive role.

In this position, you will:
Perform a range of administrative duties (oversee calendars, arrange travel, process expense reports, etc.)

Foster a strategic partnership built on trust with your executives

Enhance efficiency and responsiveness in existing workflows

Assist in formulating new operational strategies to optimize the effectiveness of the executives and leadership team

Help ensure that family executives maintain a balance between team engagement, strategic initiatives, meetings, and personal commitments

Keep family executives organized by distributing meeting agendas, facilitating discussions, and following up on post-meeting actions

Manage smaller projects as required

Coordinate executive appointments and events

Support office management and be prepared to assist in various capacities as needed.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting executive-level management.

Proactively cultivate professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Keep stakeholders informed consistently
