As an intern, you will be expected to work with others to solve problems and contribute as a valuable team member. We seek someone with integrity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to connect with all levels of leadership. What You Will Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
•Complete assignments as assigned within the functional area of your internship.
•Work collaboratively or independently, depending on the assignment.
•Support day-to-day operations and contribute to the team's goals.
•Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to completing compliance training and adhering to internal procedures and controls; reporting any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations; and reporting any suspicious customer and account activity.

Toolbox for Success - Required Education and Experience:
•25 completed college credit hours (48 plus college credit hours preferred) in which the major should be related to the functional area of the internship.
•Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office.
•Ability to demonstrate self-motivation, enthusiasm, organizational and time management skills, and strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to work effectively on a team and individual tasks with demonstrated leadership experience.
•Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
•Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
