Key Responsibilities- Conduct and publish high-quality research in finance, with a focus on nationally recognized contributions to the field.
- Teach and mentor students at the undergraduate and graduate levels, with a minimum of three courses per academic year.
- Maintain a strong research agenda, collaborate with faculty and students, and contribute to the department's service activities.
- Supervise and advise doctoral students, and participate in departmental and university service.
- Ph.D. in Finance from an AACSB-accredited school.
- Evidence of ongoing research and a record of top-tier publications in finance.
- A record of teaching effectiveness and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students and faculty.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience in supervising and advising doctoral students.
- Evidence of a strong commitment to internal and external service.
