Roles and responsibilities
Business Development / market creation for T&M product lines across heavy industrial segments in India.
Develop, implement, and manage business plan for driving sales objectives for the said segment.
Map Territory and Identify opportunities for growth in
Define local go to market strategy as per opportunities in the geography in the heavy industries market.
Strategic planning -Developing the pipeline / funnel for new business for the organization
Identify potential customers and decision makers within the client organization & Key Account Management.
Build relationships with new customers / consultants / regulatory bodies in Heavy Industries segment.
Cold call as appropriate within the market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
Work closely with other cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business
Devise product promotional plans and planning of special schemes as and when needed
Market research (market/segment specific), analysis and update to the sales team & channels
Represent Fluke at various events and activities as organized by Fluke or external parties
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
BE / BTech in: Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical. MBA will be an added advantage.
Heavy Industries domain knowledge & sales experience in T&M instruments
Confident, entrepreneurial, results oriented, able to work under pressure and be self-motivated.
Ability to “think outside the box”.
A team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
Experience Level – 7 ~12 years
