Oracle Product Partnerships & Licensing Sr Manager / Director - Cheyenne, Wyoming

Description:
This role will play a leading role in driving successful product partner ecosystem development, licensing of intellectual property that is a feature and functionality of Oracle products and services that meet our Development and Product goals. These partnerships will enable Oracle engineering teams to use external technologies in our offerings. The position reports to the Senior Director of Corporate Product Partnerships & Licensing.
Responsibilities:
Partnership and Ecosystem Strategy Development:
Lead inbound negotiations, internal business requirements, and partners to deliver timely results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure business initiatives, develop work plans, and provide final recommendations.
Apply data sources to deliver insights and support decisions.
Identify where partner programs can deliver benefits and grow partner programs.
Develop negotiation strategy, options, and scenarios with partners.
Lead diligence on M&A initiatives and post-closing integration.
Deal Management and Partnership Governance:
Collaborate with Development and Engineering teams to run ongoing relations with inbound providers.
Monitor deal performance and maintain relationships with partners.
Identify approaches to grow the impact of the partnership and raise findings with leadership.
Experience Profile:
7+ years of business experience in technology with relevant experience in structuring partnerships and acquisitions.
Negotiating and handling long-term inbound licensing relationships.
Subject matter expertise in cloud services is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and evaluating business opportunities.
Passion for product, technology, and creating great customer experiences.
Business strategy and market development experience.
Experience in implementing agreements with engineering to assess third-party IP inclusion.
Strong interpersonal traits and ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
Passion for developing high-performance teams and driving initiatives.
