Position Overview:
PagerDuty is on the lookout for a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships who will be instrumental in developing and implementing collaborative go-to-market (GTM) strategies with key consulting and technology partners.

The successful candidate will possess a strong history of strategic insight, relationship cultivation, and effective sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate, manage, and enhance relationships with consulting and technology partners.
2. Promote PagerDuty's partner value proposition through various channels including training sessions, webinars, and events.
3. Spearhead the execution of joint GTM initiatives aimed at generating and advancing PagerDuty opportunities.
4. Collaborate closely with PagerDuty's sales teams to facilitate account mapping and foster relationships with partners' sales and marketing teams.
5. Work in conjunction with internal teams such as business operations, marketing, product marketing, program management, and services.

Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or partner management, specifically in driving pipeline generation and revenue growth within a dynamic SaaS or PaaS environment.
- Experience in managing a portfolio of Global System Integrators (GSI) and Regional System Integrators (RSI) relationships while leading cross-functional teams towards shared objectives.
- Familiarity with AWS or Cloud Service Providers.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional relationship-building and management capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and scaling GTM partnerships for revenue generation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
