Responsibilities: Support for Quarterly ATEA Enterprise Meetings Scheduling, agenda, invitations, slide consolidation Logistics including venue coordination, security and IT coordination, menu planning Support for Education Courses Scheduling courses and working with venues to ensure correct capabilities Coordinating with instructors Advertising courses, setting up registration Coordinating with attendees prior to and after courses Sending course materials to training sites Support for Conference/Secure Solution Forum Large scale Event Planning Assisting with registration process Assisting with creation of conference materials including signage, badges, welcome packet information

Responsibilities

: Apply knowledge and expertise in the of training, facilitation and related decision support services to offices engaging in group training sessions, collaboration efforts, working groups or integrated product, process or self-directed teams.

Plan, schedule, coordinate, setup, and conduct facilitation activities with host organization personnel and attending organizations personnel. Shall establish site location, setup of audio-visual equipment devices and computer equipment.

Ensure agenda, attendees’ list, minutes, and resulting action items are documented for the record. Provide off-the-shelf, or customized off-the-shelf training packages to meet specific program needs related to management, organization, and business improvement services.

Apply experience in public speaking and hosting/briefing to large gatherings of personnel and experience in presentation to personnel with high levels of responsibility and importance.

Support and assist in the development of: 1) training policy, procedures and strategies, 2) training requirements assessment, validation, documentation and prioritization, 3) resource analysis and determination of resources needed, 4) reviewing, recommending, utilizing, developing and managing training tools and systems, 5) conducting and/or participating in training-related meetings and events, 6) courseware development oversight and support and 7) metrics development and reporting.

Teach learning modules within Anti-Tamper courses to industry and Government participants, and assist in curriculum development, as required. Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) (Experience may be considered lieu of education) 3 years of relevant DoD work experience (years of experience may be waiverable with customer approval) Active SECRET Security Clearance with eligibility for Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access, and 9 months’ experience in a SAP or SCI environment (SAP experience may be waiverable with customer approval)
