Accounts Payable Specialist
to join our valued client's team in Greenwood Village, CO

Responsibilities:
Oversee accounts payable processes and delegate responsibilities accordingly
Full-cycle AP processing, vendor management, and accurate recording of accounts payable data
Develop and implement internal accounts payable processes and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
Resolve any outstanding A/P issues, manage the 1099 process, perform bill approvals, and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes and reporting
Manage additional ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
3+ years of AP experience
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
Large ERP experience (i.e. Sage, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
