Vaco Denver is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our valued client's team in Greenwood Village, CO

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounts payable processes and delegate responsibilities accordingly
  • Full-cycle AP processing, vendor management, and accurate recording of accounts payable data
  • Develop and implement internal accounts payable processes and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
  • Resolve any outstanding A/P issues, manage the 1099 process, perform bill approvals, and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes and reporting
  • Manage additional ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of AP experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Large ERP experience (i.e. Sage, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
