Powder Mountain's transportation team is seeking at full-time, year round Fleet Coordinator to be responsible for providing administrative support to the Fleet Manager. The position will ensure strong communication, schedule and fleet coordination and customer service while operating in a fast-paced work environment.
Being able to multi-take and communicate in a professional manner is required.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Fleet Manager daily to make sure department needs are being met.
- Assist the Fleet Manager with maintenance and upkeep of Fleet Vehicles.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of Fleet Vehicles. Maintain a weekly schedule of detailing the interior of Fleet Vehicles, as well as, washing and waxing the exterior of vehicles, as needed.
- Assist the Fleet Manager with monthly vehicle inspections.
- Assist the Fleet Manager and Vehicle Maintenance with data entry into Limble.
- Support Mountain Operations with part procurement.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, meet deadlines, and solve problems.
- Must be able to handle confidential matters with absolute discretion.
- Proactive solution-based approach which includes strong decision making and judgment.
- Excellent presentation skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- High school Diploma or GED required.
- Must have valid driver's license - NO major violations on driving record.
- Reliable Transportation or commitment to utilize UTA to get office during winter season.
- Flexible schedule; work occasional overtime, weekends and holidays as requested.
- Experience with CMMS, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and related software programs.
- Previous transportation department experience - preferred
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Desire to be a team player and work occasionally in inclement weather.
- Must abide by the company handbook and department polices & procedures.
