DESCRIPTION:The Production Marketing Associate will be a member of BWE's Production team responsible for supporting the procurement and marketing of commercial real estate financing transactions to support deal closings.BWE is a national, full-service commercial and multifamily mortgage banking company that puts people and communities first. RESPONSIBILITIES:Craft comprehensive offering memoranda, presentations, and other marketing materials including designing graphics, writing content, and coordinating edits/updates.Assist both the local office and national teams in the development and design of various marketing materials as needed.Support the BWE brand identity by applying and maintaining consistent messaging and visual identity across all materials.Review materials, proofread content, ensure appropriate branding, and coordinate with team for final distribution.Perform research and write analyses of real estate markets around the country using a variety of both public and industry-specific research sources.Assist the national BWE team in developing and disseminating best practices for production marketing.Partner and collaborate successfully with team members, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders to drive overall BWE objectives and initiatives at a national and local level. Proactively contribute to team's overall work and enhances it.Attend relevant real estate industry functions.Ad-hoc special projects.Ad-hoc special events, conferences etc.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, graphic design, or another degree with relevant emphasis.1+ years of relevant experience.Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.Strong written and oral communication skills.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organization skills.Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.DESIRED:Experience within the commercial real estate industry.Familiarity with, or interest in learning CoStar and other industry research platforms.Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite products (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable customer relationship management platform.Strong self-starter and inquisitive.We encourage you to explore the career opportunities we have available here at Bellwether Enterprise
