General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI), an affiliate of General Atomics, is a world leader in proven, reliable remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars, as well as advanced high-resolution surveillance systems.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator within the Operational Excellence group at GA-ASI to support GA-ASI Sustainability and Environmental Social Governance (ESG). With general supervision, this position is responsible for the ongoing administration of ongoing projects that support the ESG roadmap across the Operations Department (Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Sustainment, and Flight Operations) and GA-ASI.

The ESG roadmap includes: (1) Emissions Management; (2) Waste Prevention and Minimization; (3) Water Management; (4) Engagement and Education Programs."

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Administers daily operational aspects of one or more ongoing projects; participates in project plan development. * Analyzes project plans to ensure milestones and delivery requirements are met; ensures that all the key parties are advised. * Participates in problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. * Develops appropriate electronic and hard copy reports and records. * Support Sustainability Impact programs in alignment with Operations Strategic Roadmap in the Four Areas of Focus: * Emissions Management, Waste Prevention and Minimization, Water Management, Outreach and Education.

* Support Operations programs related to Environmental Social Governance: training, awards, and recognition programs. * Develop effective communications (newsletters, memorandums, email distributions, reports) to all-level audiences. * Act as a collaborative member of the cross-departmental Sustainability Impact Team to identify opportunities for improvement, increased efficiencies, and behavior/culture campaigns. * Coordinate with departmental and/or cross-functional teams to assign and prioritize tasks. * Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. * Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
