Administrative Assistant *IMMEDIATE HIRE* for Door Subcontractor.

Industry: CONSTRUCTION, particularly door, frame, and hardware.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detailed, and pro-active Administrative Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Office Manager; this person will be responsible for assisting in a wide range of functions and work assignments.

Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize/prioritize workload, to successfully maintain flow and meet deadlines.
  • Must be a team player and work well with multiple personality types.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-past environment.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision after training.
  • Attention to detail.

Responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
  • Providing assistance to Office Manager on daily basis.
  • Front office receptionist.
  • Processing purchase orders and related merchandise returns/credits.
  • Tracking shipments/order status.
  • Ordering office supplies and employee tools.
  • Processing expense reports.
  • Making hotel reservations.
  • Creating and maintaining office files; project files; tracking logs, etc.
  • Archiving of documentation.
  • Assisting project managers and accounting department.
  • Other duties as assigned.
