Responsibilities include analyzing financial reports, making recommendations, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and projections, handling complex assignments, acting as a liaison to management, trouble-shooting, and collaborating with all levels of management. Annual budget preparation and monthly budget review. Summarizing information, data, and recommendations, and preparing presentation materials. Completing complex/special assignments. Researching and resolving inquiries for assigned functional areas. Coordinating with other finance and/or management members to review financial information and forecasts. Communicating with supervisors regarding issues and deliverables. Applying federal and state regulatory requirements, organizational by-laws, and policies to projects. This role supports multiple cost centers, budgeting, analyzing variances, processing payroll, and analyzing labor cost variances and trends. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a relevant field required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis or financial auditing experience required, preferably in healthcare. Payroll experience is a plus.
