Pacific Staffing is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to become a vital part of a leading professional services firm. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct thorough financial and operational analyses for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities, along with areas for enhancing business performance.
  • Develop and manage detailed financial models and forecasts, crucial for evaluating business performance, informing strategic initiatives, and supporting investment choices.
  • Track and report on essential financial and operational indicators.
  • Revise and enhance reporting templates and tools to capture vital financial metrics.
  • Deliver financial forecasts and insights to senior management to aid in strategic business planning.
  • Generate various budget versus forecast reports and perform variance analyses for operational management, effectively conveying key insights to executive leadership.
  • Ensure the annual budgeting process aligns with the organization's objectives and financial parameters.
  • Formulate and oversee long-term financial strategies that consider growth targets, market dynamics, and financial viability.
  • Promote continuous improvement in process enhancements and workflow automation.
  • Assist in the integration of newly acquired entities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a corporate Financial Analyst capacity.
  • Proficiency in Power BI is essential.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to articulate complex financial and accounting concepts to non-financial audiences.
  • Capability to collaborate with diverse teams and levels within the organization to gather and communicate essential requirements.
  • Extensive experience in financial modeling and report generation.
