**// Mission**

As a Customer Care Specialist at FINN, you are responsible for making sure that our customers feel perfectly taken care of at all times. You will handle the operational back office tasks to ensure that our customers receive their car on time and in perfect condition. In addition, you are the first point of contact for all kinds of customer inquiries and ensure that we constantly improve our product and our support processes with the help of customer feedback.

+ **Be the contact person for our customers:** On the phone, you always have an open ear for our customers and support them in concluding the subscription up to the return of their vehicle.

+ **Take care of customer inquiries:** In addition to telephone inquiries, you also handle inquiries via e-mail. In doing so, you will independently search for new solutions and work with the team to find new standards for everyone.

+ **Handle back office tasks:** You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks in the management of our fleet. From the registration of vehicles to the commissioning of workshops and delivery trips, we manage everything from our team. You keep track of everything and make sure that our customers receive their desired vehicle on time.

+ **Optimize and set up internal processes:** During the contact with our customers you learn best what is important for them and what information is still missing. You pass this feedback on to the team and thus support the improvement of our product and processes.

+ **Delight our customers:** We are insanely proud of our current Customer Success team and the very positive feedback we receive. With your enthusiasm and friendly manner, you will also be able to inspire customers for our product and be a likeable addition to our team.

+ **Develop yourself personally:** In weekly individual and team meetings, you will receive and give feedback so that we can improve together and continue to grow not only as a company, but also as personalities.

+ You have successfully completed your (bachelor's) degree or vocational training.

+ You enjoy customer contact and have already gained experience in customer support.

+ You are service-oriented and work independently to solve problems.

+ You are a talented communicator - both orally and in writing. It is easy for you to adapt to different conversation participants.

+ You are structured and detail-oriented. You question existing processes and like to optimize your work.

+ You are open to new things and curious to understand the smallest details of your work.
